Going for Refuge
3xsang gye choe dang tsog kyi chog nam la chang chub bar du dag ni kyab su chi
I and all sentient beings, until we achieve enlightenment, Go for refuge to Buddha, Dharma and Sangha.
There is no single required way. Recite according to your own practice, and offer whatever you accumulate.
Continue exactly as you normally practise. Your teacher's instructions come first. Simply keep a count of the mantras you recite and offer the number here.
Both are complete in themselves. Choose whichever suits the time you have.

Through the virtues I collect by giving and other perfections, May I become a Buddha for the benefit of all.
